Another value-add to his service to sellers is assistance with house staging – since he knows that a staged house sells faster and for a better price. His background in design is key to his ability to help you get your house “show ready” with little to no expense on your part. This is included as part of his service to sellers.

Derek is also extremely familiar with Atlanta, having lived in Atlanta since birth.  He currently lives in the Johns Creek/Alpharetta area.   He attended Kennesaw State University and has lived inside and outside of the Perimeter – so he is fluent in real estate where-ever it’s spoken in Atlanta!
